Shipping

Shipping of regular stock items will be within 5-7 business days. Custom items may require slightly longer shipping window, depending on the nature of the product (ex: infusing oils for a custom blend can take a month before ready to ship).

Returns

Custom products are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If your product has been damaged during shipping, please provide pictures and an explanation of damage to our email address, WildHareApotehcary@gmail.com and our customer service support team will work with you to replace or refund your order depending on the individual case. 

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong product by accident, we can provide a return shipping label (at the customer's expense) and issue a store credit for the value of the product. Product must be in original packaging and unopened/unused.
